A little about me…..

We all know at least one person who has had the misfortune of dealing with Child Protective Services in the US. So many families have suffered and children have been caught up in the midst of all this. While some allegations are true and some being false accusations, no one else suffers more than the children involved.

The reason why I decided to create cpsattorneys.com is because I was once in that same position, a few years ago. I entrusted a loved one with my child and ended up being in the hot seat when things suddenly took a wrong turn. With the support of my family and a great team of lawyers, I was able to fight my case and finally won against CPS.

I vowed that I will make a positive impact out of my mystery by offering helpful tips, guidelines and resources to those who might be going through the same troubles. You need to understand that you are not alone.

A little piece of advise – get an attorney who believes in you and ready to fight for your rights. At the end of the day, protect your child to the core and never give up to fight for your child and your rights if you have been wrongly accused by CPS. No one else can do this for you, but “YOU”

In my honest opinion, I highly support the efforts being made by Child Protective Services in protecting our children from the hands of child abusers. On the other hand, they need to re-evaluate every case before falsely accusing the wrong people.  In their eyes, you are guilty until proven Innocent.
